Program development and recovery

Built right from the start. Rebuilt right after a setback.

Whether you need a safety and health program stood up from nothing or a failed one brought back into compliance, we deliver a structured, auditable program with a defined path to closure.

Every program is built from the work up: starting with the task being performed, then through front-line supervision, project and middle management, to the executive level. Our founder has worked in each of those roles, so the program fits how work actually flows through your organization.

Program development

Built from the ground up

Complete safety and health management programs: gap assessment, written programs, field forms, roles and responsibilities and training plan, delivered through a 12-month implementation plan managed to Project Management Institute (PMI) practice, with a risk register, and built on an ISO 45001 framework so the program finishes ready for internal ISO audit.

Recovery and corrective action

After a citation, incident or shutdown

Following an OSHA citation, serious incident, stop-work order, rejected APP or failed audit: root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plan, abatement documentation and evidence packages, and subject matter expert guidance as you prepare for an informal conference.

Comprehensive overhaul

When patchwork fixes no longer hold

A full program rebuild aligned to OSHA, EM 385-1-1 and ISO 45001, with a 30/60/90-day recovery schedule and verification that the corrective actions are working.

Small contractor, first federal job, or just got hit with a citation and don't know where to start? Reach out. We'll tell you plainly what you need, what you don't, and what it will cost.

Talk it through

We provide subject matter expert guidance and the technical and abatement record. Legal representation, including any contest of an OSHA citation, stays with your legal counsel.

Our approach

Built to last, not to upsell

Mission

Help contractors work safely and win work, with safety documents and programs that are accurate, written for the actual job and ready to submit.

We scope what you need and nothing more. If you don't need a full program, we'll tell you. The price is fixed and agreed before work starts, and we stay with you through reviewer comments until the document is accepted. We'd rather earn your next job than oversell this one.

How we operate

Argis is building its operations on an integrated management system aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, the same frameworks our larger clients run on. Our founder is an Exemplar Global ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 19011 auditor.

We practice what we deliver. When your consultant runs on the same frameworks you do, the documents fit your system the first time and working together is simpler.
